Returns and Exchanges 

All Sales are FINAL. Canceled orders have a restock fee of 10%.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us
within 72 hours if your items are defective, damaged or if you receive
the wrong item or are missing an item, so that we can evaluate the issue
and make it right.

If your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address or
incorrect address on your order, you will need to pay shipping again in
order for us to reship this back to you.

Please note, your shipping time you choose at checkout only
applies to the shipping speed of your order and is not guaranteed with the shipping companies.

Our turnaround time is still the same no matter what shipping speed you choose.

If packages are returned to sender, refund will only be applied to transfers and not the shipping.

As we are located in the USA.

Canada and International orders ship via UPS from the USA.

Hawaii & Alaska does not qualify for free shipping. Only within the Continental United States.

We are not responsible for any duties and taxes the courier company charges.
